Resolutions and topic areas are drafted by writers outside of CFL, then vetted by the CFL Topic Committee (as per XV.4.C). Round 3 of each league tournament will have a pre-announced topic area. The topic area will be announced on this page the Thursday prior to the weekend prior to the tournament (that is, 8-10 days ahead of time).
